When you purchase an upgraded account with us, we provide you with a PIN code which you use to submit your resume to hundreds of web sites. Once that PIN code is used, we are unable to process a refund. However, if you purchase and do not distribute your resume, for any reason, you can request a full refund of your payment within 14 days of purchase.
